We painted it to a theme! The school gives only a screwed up green bin for graffiti so to keep people from painting random stuff all over it I am organizing quarterly paint jobs.

Wednesday at 3PM the CLUC is voting on whether the black car will have an extension on its life here on campus. After less than a year the project may be forced to move to a location of uncertain whereabouts or to the landfill if no place can be found. We are begginning to get some publicity. We recently had another website publish our image. Art Not Oil, a part of Rising Tide UK, added our image and web address. Once the sculpture is painted black, now that the cement has cured, we will take a few more photos and send out a press release. Of course we really don't need much official press instead we just need word of e-mail.
